And i’m sure that you also see that same sign in many movies.
What movie? Yes, “Friends with Benefits” x)

Become one of the hottest movies of the month because the silly romantic story and also yeah, many hot scenes taken.Haha Well, the title is interesting and different compare to other love movies which this literally mention the word “Friend” but oops wait..it continues with the word “Benefit”after it. I’m sure that friendship is a relationship where we share the benefits together. These benefits can be varied to many types of things, either your good friend is a celebrity so you can be caught in camera as well, borrow your friends’ things, and even pay your lunch when your wallet is empty.

Yet, twenty minutes of this movie has changed my perception. Jamie (Mila Kunis) works in a job vacancy company and Dylan (Justin Timberlake) is a boss and just get dumped by her girlfriend. That happen to Jamie too and maybe that’s why they met. In the beginning, this movie seems same to other same romantic comedy movie. The awesome personality of Jamie has attracted Dylan to finally take the job she offered. After she showed New York, where you can take a walk in Brookyln Bridge and see the Manhattan city in front while having a beer in a bar.  Not count the Timesquare, meeting point and at the same time you can watch and join flashmob. Great city, huh? New York..New York..xD

Lonelinesss and longing to have sex have united Jamie and Dylan to take a vow become Friends. Real friends? Yes and plus they officially promised to have sex without any emotion or feeling purely just pleasure. Time flies and they really enjoy this kind of relationship. They commit to be friends without more feeling from that word. In short, Friends to have fun, you can do anything with your friends, right? But this situation is totally different because friends won’t have sex. And, sometimes you just need to admit your true feeling even though you know that person is so damage or dumped. That you don’t like to see him or her like that but just admit it. Go for it. “Life is god damn short so you can’t waste a minute up,” said Dylan’s Dad. The background of Dylan’s and Jamie’s family have dragged them to be scared and worry about their relationship. But, it doesn’t matter anymore because when you look to outside, you’ll see the horse with the prince charming is waiting for you.

Mila Kunis and Justin Timberlake has nailed this movie. They are a good couple here and their acting is great. Have you heard of Mila Kunis? For your information, she also played in “Black Swan” as the friend of Natalie Portman. She play pretty good in that award movie and this time she proved that she can be one of good actress. Justin Timberlake is nice with new hair cut after i don’t see him quite long. This movie is recomended for you who wanna watch funny-silly-love-stories or just broken hearted. Anyway, i think the Indonesia version of this relationship type is “Teman Tapi Mesra” (TTM) or “Teman Tapi Gitu Deh” (TTGD).hehehe In my opinion, friends with benefits is not always about sex but showing your caring and affection. Well, between the “Single” and “In a relationship” that’s where “Friends with benefits” stands. Also, It might be used as Facebook relationship type later. Happy watching!
