Hello, Tunisia!

Means Assalammualaikum in Tunisian Arabic Language. Yeah, i'm in Tunisia now! Exactly in Sfax, the second largest city in Tunisia. My apartment is on 5th floor and i stay alone in room. Marcella and Paulina are my housemates, they stay in next room beside me.

How's Tunisia? It's freezing! For me, it's worse than i thought. The wind is so strong and i haven't left home so far.

I've met some AIESECErs, Ayoub and Fateh. They are nice but i don't know, i feel different here.  My room is simple. Colored in white and plain. Nothing is inside beside two beds, bed sheet and blankets. It's written EB Room when i arrived yesterday. For sure, someone has used this room before. I found a pair of shoes after made up the room. I didn't bring many clothes, though. Only important ones and the heaviest which filled most of my suitcase are, coats. You don't need any coats in Indonesia or Malaysia, it's summer all the time. So, when i have to bring it, feel excited cuz i never had winter. 

Since there's no cupboard so i put all my clothes on the bed. Windows are at the back of my beds. In front of me is place to pray and suitcases. I put a chair also for my spare clothes. Oh ya, there's an interesting story when i wondered where is the Qibla. Qibla is the direction for all moslems in the world to pray, it goes to Ka'Bah, the home of Allah in Mecca. When you want to pray, you have to know where is Qibla. Last night, i asked my boss, Wajih, where is Qibla and he was suprised. His face looked confused and he called his friend to know the answer. Then, he told me that Qibla is headed to this side, which is in front of my bed. Marcella, my housemate, teased Wajih, cuz he doesn't know here Qibla is. hehe

So, that's all for today. Everyday is freezing and i have three blankets for keeping me warm. Even i wear thick sweater to sleep and of course, socks. Africa is cold! xD~ See you soon!
